Sourcing starts with your specification, not with a catalogue. We translate what you need into technical requirements, then search manufacturers and distributors in the markets where that equipment is actually produced. Each shortlisted supplier is checked on company registration, production capability, export experience and the standards your equipment has to meet. You receive a comparison of the options with the trade-offs stated plainly, and you choose. No supplier reaches your shortlist because it was convenient for us.

Procurement is where a good price becomes a good contract. We negotiate unit prices, tooling, spare parts, warranty terms and the delivery incoterm, then put the agreement in writing before any money moves. Payment milestones are tied to production stages rather than to promises. We track the order through manufacturing, chase confirmations and hold the supplier to the specification that was signed. You keep visibility on the commercial file at every stage.

Multi-item projects fail in the gaps between suppliers. Project management closes them. We build the schedule, sequence the orders so equipment arrives in the order you install it, and coordinate inspections, drawings and technical documents between everyone involved. You get one contact who knows the whole file, a written status you can act on, and early warning when something moves. Changes are logged, costed and confirmed before they are executed, not after.

Logistics coordination covers the equipment from the factory gate to your door. We arrange the mode that fits the cargo and the deadline, sea, air, road or a combination, and prepare the export and import documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any certificate your equipment requires. We work with licensed customs brokers in the destination country, coordinate handling for oversized and heavy loads, and keep you updated at each transfer of custody.

A turnkey mandate hands the whole chain to us under a single agreement. We define the specification with you, source and verify the suppliers, negotiate and place the orders, manage production follow-up, arrange freight and customs, and deliver to your site. You approve the decisions that matter and stay out of the ones that do not. One contract, one contact, one set of documents, and one party accountable if something has to be corrected.

Some projects cannot be served from a catalogue: a non-standard layout, a different voltage or frequency, a climate the equipment was not designed for, a local regulation that changes the build. We work with manufacturers able to modify or build to specification, define the technical requirement in writing, and follow production more closely than on a standard order. Lead times and tooling costs are stated before you commit, so a custom route stays a decision and not a surprise.
